This week someone was asking about UI Mods incase they even dumped cosmos. This site has a great list of many of the best UI Mods for WoW.

I use cosmos and a hand full of other Mods found on this site. I have tried several, some good others not good. I will try to write a review of the good ones. If you use any of these please let us know. I am always on the lookout for good Mods.

I use UUI instead of Cosmos now. UUI started off as a combo of Cosmos and Gypsy but since it's inception it has come a long way. It still has bugs that are being worked on but the author of it is constantly working on it. At one point there was almost a new release a day, it has slowed down to a much better pace now with better releases but he still seems to work on it daily.
