Post subject:  Chicken quest
do you know about the chicken quest?

i remember from when i was playing wow, you get the chicken quest by doing /chicken on a chicken for about 50 times(or more), you then follow the chickens hint and feed him, he then lays an egg for you :D

this is not a joke, for those who don't know it, make a macro with /chicken and use it on a chicken, the egg it lays is a minipet to follow you around

the horde can't do this because it needs an item sold only by an alliance vendor, but thats why theres the gadgetzan AH :)

just thinking back of wow, is this still in the game?

As far as I know it still is in the game. I did it once a long time ago but I never heard it was removed. :D

of all the quests i done playing WoW 1.5 years, this quest was the best :D

especially if a noob sees you doing /chicken on a chicken :P

...does it work for horde too? the chicken feed vendor is alliance only

If someone is selling them on the neutral AH then it is possible. But I don't think it's ever listed there. Maybe you can request it on the realm forum.

im not playing myself(not at the moment at least), but it might be a nice way to make money, buy chicken feed for 10c, sell on neutral AH for 50s(or whatever a minipet is worth)
