I thought I might drop in an introduce myself and my toons. I'm hoping to gain acceptance into the Avian Gamers Network (WoW Wing for the time being, elsewhere later perhaps).
My main is a level 60 Night Elf Rogue named Dernath. Technically, however, he was supposed to have been deleted a long, long time ago in favour of my _first_ Human Rogue named Deranon, who for various reasons wound up running the Deadmines ad infinitum; to the point where he became my Defias Tour Guide toon. (He's got an EPIC-looking Defias loadout, with damn near every Brotherhood item a Rogue could wish for. I even solo'd RFK a couple of dozen times with Dernath for the Mantle of Thieves, in the hopes of better-than-common shoulders, but the mantle looked awful with the rest of Deranon's set.

While Dernath is attuned to MC, Blackwing Lair, and one gem away from being keyed to Onyxia, my hardcore playing days ended before I made a serious attempt at joining a raiding guild. Now I'm just happy to poke around in those instances while stealthed, gaping in awe at creatures who'd barely notice stepping on me.
I've got a few other alts (a Mage, a Warrior, a Hunter, and I'm currently working on a Priest, after several abortive attempts in the past). I've also got a mule whose inventory is absolutely packed with crud. I'm currently trying to sort through it all for more space and to sell or share materials.
Dernath is an Elemental Leatherworker with a substantial collection of patterns (all of the Stormshroud set except for the gloves, which were added while I was on hiatus; the Volcanic armor set save the shoulders(?); a bunch of others (including Horde-only recipes) I've long since forgotten.)
