Post subject: | Application for Farrah |
* What games do you currently enjoy playing the most? - World of Warcraft has erased all other games from my mind ![]() * What style of gameplay do generally prefer? PvP, PvE, Crafting, etc...? - I tend to do alot of soloing and working on my professions. I would like to do more instances, but have had difficulty finding good groups. Hopefully you folks will be able to help me out there ![]() * What game genres do you find most enjoyable? - Modern times is actually my most favorite, with Sci-fi coming in a close second. Fantasy is my least favorite, but WoW just blows away its competition. * What unreleased games are you currently following the progress of? - Huxley looks interesting, though maybe too much pvp for my taste. * What unreleased games do you plan on playing in the future? - Ditto on Huxley. * In the games that you currently play, what names do your characters go by? - Ok hopefully this doesn't scare anyone, but the list is pretty long; Farrah, Aaragorn, Veda, Lavina, Kurian. (All on Dalaran) Celena (Lothar), Shakala, Anatole, Euphoria (Lightninghoof), and Dredge (Perenolde) * Have you previously been a part of any other Player Associations for any specific games or for gaming in general? Which ones were they, and why did you leave? - I was a member of the Agents of the Warchief on Lightninghoof, my first attempt at belonging to a guild, but for some reason the guild leader left the server completely, and never came back. The guild fell apart after that. ![]() * With the exception of the ones you have joined (if any) what other Player Associations did you consider? - I have considered a few others on Lightninghoof, but all too often the guilds were filled with fools (the Chuck Noris Type if you know what I mean ![]() * Have you read and do you understand the text of the official Avian Charter? - I have read the charter and understand its principles. * Is there anything you would change or amend to the Charter? The democratic process seems fair enough * Are you aware that a lot of Avian’s organization is conducted on the forum as opposed to in games themselves? How often do you see yourself regularly checking the forums if you are accepted into Avian - Every day or two most likely. * Please take a moment to tell us how you found Avian. - I ran Blackrock depths with Lundif, and even after the rest of the group had abandoned us, he made every attempt to help my get to the Dark Iron Ore smelting trainer. When I complained about not having a guild, he told me about this one. It sounded perfect. * Please explain why you have chosen Avian and why Avian should choose you. What do you expect to get from your membership in Avian and what do you expect to offer? - See above for why. I hope to be able to explore the end game content in WoW, share some laugh, and have party members I can depend on. I can offer my services as an engineer, at cost, and I myself can be depended on and relied on to perform to the best of my abilities as a party member. I will be happy to offer advice to any players less experienced than myself. |

Dalcimari Thank you for applying to Avian Gamers. Your application is currently being reviewed by the Board of Directors. The application process can take anywhere from a day to 2 weeks or more. A lengthy process is no indication of a negative outcome, however the more you participate in the forums the more likely it is that your wait will be short. As soon as a decision has been made, you will be notified. You are encouraged to participate in these forums, and interact with our members in game. If you have any questions about Avian Gamers Network, or about Avian in a particular game, please feel free to post your questions in this thread. NOTE: It would appear this one slipped past me when originally posted. I apologize for that mistake. Will get this processed ASAP. NOTE II: We are approaching an election period, which tends to get a bit bumpy with application votes... please, bear with us during this transitional time. |

Welcome, Dalcimari! Please create a character on the site here using the Character Management page. Once that's done, you can be assigned access to the private WoW forums. |
