General Character Information

What games do you currently enjoy playing the most?

I'm not really sure since this is only the 2nd game I've ever played. My first being SWG. Both seemed interesting so I decided to give them a try.


What style of gameplay do generally prefer? PvP, PvE, Crafting, etc...?

I like to do a little bit of everything generally.


What game genres do you find most enjoyable?

I don't generally go by genre - I go by what interests me which could be a game from this genre this time and that genre next time.


What unreleased games are you currently following the progress of?

None


What unreleased games do you plan on playing in the future?

I have no idea what games are coming out.


In the games that you currently play, what names do your characters go by?

WoW - Jasmynne
SWG - Alese and Alene


Player Associations

Have you previously been a part of any other Player Associations for any specific games or for gaming in general? Which ones were they, and why did you leave?

I was a part of ThrillKillKult in SWG. I'm still a part of the guild.


With the exception of the ones you have joined (if any) what other Player Associations did you consider?

None.



Avian

Have you read and do you understand the text of the official Avian Charter?

Yes

Is there anything you would change or amend to the Charter?

None that I can think of at the moment.


Are you aware that a lot of Avian’s organization is conducted on the forum as opposed to in games themselves? How often do you see yourself regularly checking the forums if you are accepted into Avian

I am able to check the boards daily.

Please explain why you have chosen Avian and why Avian should choose you. What do you expect to get from your membership in Avian and what do you expect to offer?

I join player associations for the comraderie among players. People to adventure and have a good time with.

Alese, once you get your notification that you have been accepted officially (any minute now, hehe)... make sure you click the "Edit My Characters" link up and to the right there, in the little set of links like FAQ and Profile and such.

Create a WoW character there, and the powers that be will get you access to the private WoW member forums.

You know "Alene" means alone in Danish. But it's good to see that you won't be around here...

Any danish ancestors? Just read about the migrations to USA in the start of the 20th century. Most danes moved to the mid-land states...

Ok, I just thought it was strange to have three people tell me that "Alene" means alone. I didn't know that when I made her name. My main character is Alese and when I got a second account, I thought it would be fun to RP twins so I named her Alene.

I think it's a pretty good pun to have one twin's name mean "Alone", as most twins are never alone. Next time someone tells you that, tell them they need to develop their sense of humor a bit.
