1. What is the name of your character? Ja'ad Jhriadi 2. What species will your character be? Human 3. What profession will you most likely be pursuing? I am in the process of mastering Rifleman, with Ranger and Creature Handler skills. 4. If applicable, what handle do you use on the Sony Online SWG forums? GodOfGophers 5. What other sites do you visit to obtain information on Star Wars Galaxies, and how frequently do you visit these sites? SWGCraft.com and main forums. I visit these most days. 6. Explain why Avian is the right PA for you. How do we meet your needs? I'm looking for a good guild to join, somewhere people are interested in having fun. I also enjoy the roleplaying in the SWG universe. 7. Please describe how your character will earn a 'living' in SWG, what can you contribute to Avian, and in particular what skills or profession will you be focusing on? Well I've been making good money as a hunter, and have sold to some of the Avian merchants in the past. I don't envision this character opening up a shop but I can provide creature resources and enjoy doing that very much. 8. Avian desires to remain a neutral PA, and as such will avoid many forms of PvP combat. If you have chosen to take on a combat oriented character, describe how you will fit in to a mainly non-combat PA. What services will you provide to Avian members and how do you wish to be rewarded for your services? I have no interest in PVP either, and belong to neither faction. As stated above I can provide hides, meat, bones, milk, eggs etc for crafters in the guild. All I would ask is a fair price in return, or equipment in kind. Plus I'm more than happy to help out for the good of the guild. Would also be willing to donate my unused lots for the guild. 9. What are your long and short-term goals? Short term would be to flesh out my characters skills as stated above. I want to be able to hunt anything solo (or with my pets). Long term is to find a good guild, some place that I can call home and become part of a good community. 10. Please Take a moment to tell how you found Avian. I have hunted for Avian merchants before, once just recently I believe. Plus I saw your "ad" on the official boards about the guild. 11. Why have you chosen Avian over other PAs you have considered or previously belonged to and which PAs were they? I like the focus on commerce. It's a different and I think effective way to build a good community. Also I think the Charter and philosophy of Avian has more thought behind it than any guild I've seen. 12. What would you change and/or add to the Charter? Why? Nothing. Love it. Good work. Just a few more items if I may. I am a mature gamer, I think. I take my responsibilities to my customers seriously and fullfil my contracts. I do not play a lot, maybe 10 hours a week, so I'm not a power player but know what I'm doing and would be happy to help anyone that needs it. Hi Ja'ad. Welcome to the Avian forums and good luck with your application. You'll find a good mix of gamers here. i often don't get more than 10-15 hours a week myself...seems like less the last few weeks. |
