Figured that we should have another one of these just to see what everyone is kinda up to these days...

Consistently:
Guild Wars (Prophecies, Night Fall, Eye of the North Chapters)
Madden 07

Revived interest in:
Battlefield 2
Counter Strike: Source
Half Life 2

Plan on getting sometime soonish
Team Fortress 2

for some reason recently i've started playing BF2 again and going through the HL2 campaign... I play a lot of single player madden franchise mode and Guild wars is always an option for me since no subscription fees.

I have not really played except for beta/free trials on any MMORPG as of late... Honestly just don't have the time to want to shell out $15 a month for a game...I like playing and coming back to a game too much hence why I love GW

Currently Playing
WOW - a ton!
Football Manager 2008 - it's actually soccer. Best sports sim series.

Perhaps
Bought Fury and have tried a few times. Looks good but need to put some time in.
TF 2, need to reinstall but it's a lot of fun.

Thinking about Hellgate, which is most definitely an MMO.
Also thinking about CoD4. Looks pretty nice.

Lesser:

Sporadic (meaning when I do fire it up, I play waaaay too late at night):
Oblivion

I have COD4 in my sights - the demo was incredible! I checked out the demos for Hellgate London, Crysis and Medal of Honor: Airborne but couldn't really get into them. I want to DL the UT3 demo and I'm doing all I can to get into the Conan beta. Yeah, I'm all over the map. :)

SimCountry (web-based game)
The Movies (amazing game, believe it or not)

Hey Gopher, what's the run-down on Football Manager? How's it better than FIFA? How's it worse?

Sim City 3k Unlimited

Alot of games from MostFun Games the ones I play most are

Chocolatier
Westward
Tradewinds
Ocean Express

I'm also trying to alpha test Tile Tactics.

I'm just having a helluva time figuring it out, especially the crafting since nothing ever shows up in my inventory.

I think I may just wait for the designer to post a mini-guide. :P

I’m going to need some single player games to entertain me in Africa.

I tried Oblivion a while back on my on my ageing PC but didn’t have the specs to run the game. I need to try installing it on my work laptop and see if it can run the game.

Currently Playing:
WoW... when I have time.

I always have a few games on my laptop when I'm on the road. My machine is decent but I prefer older games so everything plays really smooth.

Colonization, if you can find it, is one of my favorites.

I also have all the games from Paradox: Europa Universalis II and III, Hearts of Iron, Crusader Kings, Victoria. Paradox is a fantastic company that makes epic strategy games from a variety of eras. The games have some of the most dedicated followings I've ever seen and outstanding developer support. http://www.paradoxplaza.com/

Differnt versions of Sim games, with Sim Golf my preference.

And tons more depending on my mood.

Football Manager is a sim. There's no action in it at all. You take the role of a Manager of a soccer team. You are in control of all the team tactics and training, contracts and renewals. You get a transfer budget and decide who you buy and sell. You interact with players and media and your club's board.

What I love it about most is the incredible depth and scope. You can manage a team from pretty much any signifcant league in the world. Many go several "levels" deep in each leauge. All these teams have real life players that have 30+ attributes that have been given by real-life reviewers. The game allows you to participate in pretty much any competition the team would normally compete in. You can even manage National Teams.

Sigames.com is their website. Be sure to check the forums as they have a pretty good following too. I can't understate how complex the game is but yet it's not too hard to get into. I'd recommend it!

It's also a good 15 minute at a time game. That's important in my life and those games aren't often easy to find.

Currently playing as OB in Denmark and sitting in the top half of the table. Doing well in the UEFA Cup too. :)

Nice choices in SimGolf and Colonization Goph.

Here's betting that I play Colonization this weekend because of your post. One of my fav games of all time.

Rented CoD4 last night so will be trying that as well. Mads - you should try and rent it and we can hook up some MP.
